As the IT Project Manager III, the ability to resolve complex problems, explain intricate issues, and foster positive relationships is a crucial skill required for this role. This role will also require extensive knowledge of the software development process and how to use business applications for a competitive advantage!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads and coordinates a variety of sophisticated projects with significant impact on our organization
- Understands business requirements, project risks, and project lifecycle
- Applies expertise and leadership skills to advise staff and to resolve issues
- Measures and reports project performance to our leadership team
- Cultivates positive relationships with our clients and company partners, mentors' others
- Collaborates with others on the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, modern testing methodologies, and deployment management
- Uses business applications for competitive advantage
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or engineering
- A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in project management
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in information technology
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates strong organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Ability to communicate and connect with all levels of an organization
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques
