Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our accounting office as the first point of contact for clients. This role includes front desk responsibilities along with a variety of administrative tasks to support our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage front desk operations
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Document collection, scanning, and file organization
- Assist with proofreading and preparing draft financial statements and audit documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Support staff with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups
- Help track client documents and workflow
Qualifications
- Customer-facing or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy office setting and take initiative to stay productive during slower periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
