Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for drivers
• Utilize Tenstreet for driver hiring, onboarding, and workflow management
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and maintain accurate driver records
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation
• Maintain driver qualification (DQ) files and ensure FMCSA compliance
• Support employee relations and resolve HR-related issues
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams
Requirements:
• Proven HR experience in the trucking/transportation industry
• Hands-on experience with Tenstreet platform
• Strong knowledge of DOT compliance and FMCSA regulations
• Minimum [X] years of experience in trucking HR (preferably long-term industry experience)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
