Prep Cook Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items following FMKs standard recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure timely and efficient preparation of ingredients and dishes to maintain quality and presentation.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Uphold quality and sanitation standards in all food preparation and cooking processes.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to support a smooth workflow.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
