Busser Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
- Clear tables and remove dishes promptly after guests depart.
- Maintain and uphold proper sanitation practices.
- Perform post-table clearing checks on floors for napkins, silverware, crumbs, etc. and sweep, as necessary.
- Transport loads of soiled dishes, weighing 40 lbs and exceeding, to the designated dishwashing area to be cleaned.
- Notify servers and managers when tables require attention.
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant, including floors, restrooms, and parking lot.
- Aid bartenders by handling ice, glassware, trash, and breaking down boxes.
- Assist in organizing, polishing, and rolling silverware.
- Conduct regular restroom checks to ensure cleanliness and full stocking every 30 minutes.
