Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, and remodeling efforts.
- Manage construction crews, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes such as rebar placement, framing, and stucco application.
- Operate or oversee the operation of heavy equipment and power tools necessary for site work.
- Ensure proper installation of rebar, framing (including woodworking and metal stud framing), drywall (including plastering), and other structural components.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials like siding, roofing materials, and concrete are delivered on schedule.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify work meets specifications; address any issues promptly to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, safety reports, and compliance records throughout the construction process.
Skills
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, plastering, stucco application, and trim carpentry.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with hand tools and power tools essential for daily tasks.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for construction sites; committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and ensuring clear understanding of project goals.
