Project Architect

• Architect License in any state of U.S.
• (8) years experience in an architectural firm environment.
• Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
• Knowledge of virtual meeting programs including Zoom and Teams

Salary is negotiable based upon experience and skillset

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage projects and project team.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, consultants and internal teammates
• Coordinate with owners for development of project proposals and contracts
• Program, design, produce and manage the production of drawings packages through SD, DD, CD
• Write specifications as needed, in collaboration with Director of Production
• Coordinate with MEP, Structural, Civil Engineers and other specialty consultants
• Perform self quality control prior to formal QC reviews
• Perform code review and coordinate with building officials
• Oversee the release of documents
• Perform construction administration including bidding and negotiations and interacting with construction teams
• Review shop drawings
• Attend job meetings and oversee production of meeting minutes
• Follow playbook procedures and contribute to overall enhancements and continued development of playbook, standards and templates
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
