Position Summary As a Demand Planning & Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate sales forecasting, effective inventory management, and smooth logistics operations across FMC Agro Bulgaria. You will play a key role in aligning demand and supply, supporting the S&OP process, and collaborating with regional planning, finance, and commercial teams to optimise product availability and customer service. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Main Responsibilities: Lead accurate sales planning over a three-year horizon and maintain the S&OP sales plan Monitor stock levels, production plans, and sales to prevent shortages and overstocking Prepare and submit monthly demand planning files and ensure accurate reporting Coordinate closely with Finance to align sales, pricing, COGS, and exchange rate data Manage SKU creation requests and support product lifecycle tracking Ensure timely and accurate product delivery with warehouse and transport partners Oversee order processing, dispatch, and transportation coordination Track inventory (including batch numbers and expiry dates) and optimise logistics costs Mandatory Requirements: Strong command of English, both written and spoken Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities Experience in demand planning, supply chain, or logistics roles Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus At FMC Corporation we are guided by our purpose: Innovation for agriculture, Solutions for the planet.
