Maintenance Manager

We are partnering with a leading facilities and technical services provider to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing on-site engineering operations and delivering exceptional service within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
You will act as the primary escalation point for all technical services, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and a consistently high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Client Engagement
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical and facilities services on site
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and overall experience
Operational & Technical Leadership
- Oversee all engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance and engineering professionals
- Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in facilities management or technical services (typically 10 years)
- Strong leadership experience managing engineering or maintenance teams
- Solid understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, EPA, or technical trade qualifications) are highly desirable
