Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Industrial professional to join our team at FM Corporation. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and hydraulic/pneumatic systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
