Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Customer Service: apply customer deposits, payments and advances. Answer questions and conduct research when necessary.
- Loan Documentation: create loan documents; utilize in-house developed applications/templates for note modifications, financial statements and other documents; understand lending regulations; file and maintain UCC's, CNS's, collateral documents and insurance forms; record and release mortgages, liens, etc,; pull credit bureau reports; conduct flood searches and lien searches; document scanning and filing; conduct file reviews.
- Core System: upload loans to core software; troubleshoot loan edits, create and maintain automated tickler system; review and print loan reports; input participations; maintain letters of credit; place and remove holds on CDs used as collateral.
- Other: prepare, conduct and document loan meetings; review daily overdraft list; maintain variable interest rate changes; monitor and follow-up on delinquent customers; report to credit bureau; prepare loan notices; other duties as assigned.
Typical hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Support the community we serve by occasionally promoting or attending community events.
Experience/Skills
Prior banking experience preferred. Must possess the ability to work independently in a professional setting. The position requires attention to detail to ensure our customers and bank have accurate account information. Strong communication, time management and customer service skills are also required.
Education
High School Diploma. Business or similar field of study from accredited institution or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Compensation/Benefits
Pay will be based upon qualifications. Pay range $20 - $27 per hour. We offer a competitive benefits package.
