Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Optimization Specialist to lead strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and enable scalability across all corporate functions. This role is critical to supporting continued rapid growth and post-acquisition integration by driving process standardization, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
Key Focus Areas:
- Corporate Cost Structure Optimization
- Identify and execute recurring cost reduction, cost avoidance, and efficiency improvements across all corporate departments.
- Eliminate redundant spend, tighten controls, and improve cost visibility.
- End-to-End Process Standardization Across Departments
- Develop standardized, scalable workflows across Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Land, Legal, Operations Support, and Executive functions.
- Ensure processes support rapid growth and acquisitions.
- Cross-Functional Workflow Integration & Handoff Optimization
- Align upstream and downstream dependencies to eliminate friction at department handoffs.
- Improve cycle times and decision quality through clearer ownership and controls.
- Post-Acquisition Process Integration & Scalability
- Design and deploy repeatable integration playbooks to stabilize newly acquired teams quickly.
- Transition teams into company-standard operating models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects across all corporate departments.
- Facilitate value stream mapping, Kaizen events, process design sessions, and root-cause analysis.
- Identify waste, bottlenecks, redundant effort, and control failures.
- Design optimized future-state workflows with measurable financial impact.
- Quantify cost savings, cost avoidance, productivity gains, and cycle-time reductions.
- Develop SOPs, control documentation, and operational playbooks.
- Partner with department leaders to implement and sustain improvements.
- Build KPI dashboards to track adoption, savings, and performance improvement.
- Support post-acquisition process stabilization and integration activities.
- Improve financial controls, approval workflows, and data integrity.
- Evaluate and recommend workflow automation and ERP enhancements.
- Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across leadership and teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certified
- Ability to manage multiple projects, cross-functional projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or enterprise transformation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and workflow automation tools.
