The Role
As a Director of Operations, you will lead a large multi-unit region across Texas and Louisiana, partnering with Area Directors and field leaders to drive performance across operations, people, and profitability.

What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience required (QSR strongly preferred)
- Experience leading 30 locations with multiple direct reports
- Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen
- Proven ability to drive results through others
- A leader who brings grit, urgency, and accountability
- Passion for developing people and building strong teams
