Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Inside Sales and Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be managing key accounts, and ensuring seamless sales operations.

Duties
- Managing existing accounts
- Responding to incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing quotes in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
- Working with delivery teams to ensure quality product and positive customer experience
- Work with other team members in a collaborative effort
Qualifications
- Strong management skills
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and direct sales activities
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
There is a possibility of travel for conferences. These expense are paid by the Company, within parameters set ahead of time. The salary posted is indicative of a starting salary for this position depending on qualifications. Full time benefits are offered including a Simple IRA with an employer contribution, and a healthcare stipend for Health Insurance and PTO.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
