- Verify allergen and date labeling, and ensure First In, First Out (FIFO) method is followed daily in coolers, freezers, and production areas.
- Take responsibility for recording the second temperature in the cook and chill log daily.
- Promptly inform the supervisor if any food exceeds a 72-hour timeframe, dispose of the food, and document it in the waste log after notifying the supervisor.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle employee minor disputes regarding working procedures professionally.
- Maintain flexibility with regards to work schedule and hours.
- Be comfortable working in an environment with temperatures reaching up to 38 degrees Celsius from time to time.
- Display proficiency in multitasking and handling additional workloads.
Competency:
