This is a full-time exempt position in a 24/7/365 work environment.
Flexibility with weekdays, evenings and weekend required.

Essential Functions
- Ensure that all Airline Spec. books are accurate
- Ensure all Airline specifications are adhered to, including menus, a/c boarding, ramp safety, etc.
- Coordinate all airline equipment inventories.
- Establish and maintain a professional business relationship with the customer
- Preparing dairies and bread
- Internal spec. Checks.
- Liaison with crew.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Airline Account Supervisor experience a plus.
- Willing to work flexible hours including weened and holidays
- Computer literate in Microsoft software a plus
- Knowledge of HACCP & FDA guidelines
- Self-Motivator, Team Leader/Builder
- Good organization & communication skills
- “Target & Results" focused and driven.
- Previous ram and kitchen experience required
- Must have a valid Driver License
