Position Scope
The Dispatch Clerk provides clerical support in Dispatch office by receiving meal orders and aircraft configuration information from customers and preparing daily boarding bills and relative catering documentation.

Position Scope
The Dispatch Clerk provides clerical support in Dispatch office by receiving meal orders and aircraft configuration information from customers and preparing daily boarding bills and relative catering documentation.
Essential Functions
- Receive and process customer meal orders and flight information via phone, email, and customer databases, ensuring all updates and changes are promptly communicated to the appropriate personnel in Production and Transportation.
- Prepare and issue accurate boarding bills for all scheduled flights on a daily basis prior to kitchen departure time.
- Regularly review and audit boarding bills for accuracy, especially during menu cycle transitions and aircraft configuration changes.
- Verify that boarding bills for completed orders include the customer’s signature, organize all related documentation, and submit to the Billing Department for processing.
- Coordinate with the Billing Department and Operations team to confirm the accuracy of daily final meal counts and loading requests.
