Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing all food &/or meals for airlines and charters
- Assist with preparing all foods for HMR & employee meals
- Read & Follow all FFG recipes correctly & provide correct proportions
- Complete prep work as directed by management &/or Cook
- Use all cooking equipment properly & safely
- Follow FFG sanitation procedures to keep kitchen area & equipment clean
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, hygiene & food handling procedures
- Report safety hazards & accidents to management immediately
- Perform all related and miscellaneous duties as directed by management.
Job Qualifications:
- 1year food prep / cooking background
- Good communication skills
- Must speak, read, and understand English
- Must be able to lift over 60 pounds
- Must have good attendance record and be on time.
- Must be able to stand and move around most of the day
