FCCW is a boutique service provider specializing in roasting, packaging, and
distribution solutions for local coffee companies. We pride ourselves on quality
craftsmanship and attention to detail in every bag we produce.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable team member to join our packaging
department. In this hands-on role, you'll operate precision weigh-and-fill equipment to
pack freshly roasted coffee while maintaining our high standards for quality and
cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Bag Preparation: Set up and prepare packaging materials for production runs
- Machine Operation: Operate multiple weigh-and-fill machines with precision and care
- Palletization: Organize and stack finished products for distribution
- Sanitation & Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and routine equipment
maintenance
- Documentation: Accurately maintain packaging records and quality logs
- Order Fulfillment: Package products according to specific order requirements and
specifications
Who We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Coffee industry experience (preferred but not required)
- Warehouse or production environment familiarity (helpful but not necessary)
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour (based on experience)
- 3 weeks Paid Time Off per year, plus holidays.
- Location: In-person position
