What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Member position at HSM Packaging?
Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks that include all activities associated with helping operators with job functions, set-up, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and organized work space. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.
We are currently looking to hire several people for 1st (6am-2:30pm) and 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm). The majority of work consists of either feeding cartons into a Folder Gluer or catching on our Carton packers with occasional hand packing flat pack work. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to move up.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
