About the Role
The company is an electronics manufacturing company established over 20 years, with a global footprint in 10 countries. Currently, they are seeking a motivated and seasoned Recruiter to join their HR team in Arlington TX. This professional will contribute to the continuous growth of the US plant workforce, both frontline and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-volume recruiting and proven abilities to manage recruitment full-cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle high-volume requisitions for both manufacturing frontline and corporate office functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring activity.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of professional recruiting experience. Agency background is preferred.
- Proven ability of managing high-volume requisitions (at least 20 requisitions at the same time) and meeting the hiring goals.
- Strong sourcing skills through various channels.
- Experiences working in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experiences with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS. Familiarity with the ADP system is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
