What You Will Do
- Perform daily Accounts Receivable and Payable duties
- Reconciling client payments and credit card transactions to vendors
- Support month-end reporting
- Managing asset and liability accounts
- Other projects and duties as assigned
We're looking for passionate problem-solvers with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of preparing and posting transactional journal entries
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Ability to successfully manage a variety of tasks and deadlines in a timely manner
- Communicates effectively and professionally with peers, and management
- Thrives both independently and in a team environment
- Strong understanding of email (GMAIL), and other online business tools
- 4-Day Forecast: For part of the summer, our team will enjoy 4-day workweeks (with Monday or Friday off), while still being paid for five. Summer’s short—consider this our forecast for sunny days and long weekends!
