Key Responsibilities
- Participate in full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, screening resumes and assessing qualifications, conducting phone interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, pipelining candidates for future opportunities, closing candidates that are selected.
- Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies, identify top talent and attract candidates to our opportunities
- Network and build relationships with candidates at all levels. Ensure consistent communications with candidates to keep warm and maintain a pipeline for future opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity within our applicant tracking system and other tools to ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide additional support outside of Client Partner/Sales Manager to Clients to deliver exceptional customer service and delivery for our partners.
- 3-5 years experience in a recruiting role with a proven track record of top performance.
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written - ability to craft organized, well thought out emails and communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to track, measure & report on your vertical’s rec statuses, recruiting metrics and individual/team performance to Recruiting Leader.
- Knowledge of technical disciplines and terminology to ensure successful assessment of candidate skills for technical roles.
- Posses a high standard of professionalism, integrity and character.
