You will be partnering cross-functionally to drive financial initiatives, and helping steer the company toward informed, data-driven decisions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial modeling and business operations, and who thrives in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.

Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance & Strategy Manager to join our growing team. You will be partnering cross-functionally to drive financial initiatives, and helping steer the company toward informed, data-driven decisions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial modeling and business operations, and who thrives in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models for new business opportunities, scenario planning, and strategic decision making
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across all G&A functions
- Support the data center team in evaluating pricing, contract terms and impact on company P&L
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support key initiatives
- Support long-range planning and monthly/quarterly business reviews
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive presentations with clarity and precision
- Drive process improvements to streamline reporting and increase financial transparency
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, proactively identifying areas for strategic growth and operational efficiency
- 5-7 years of experience, ideally across investment banking or consulting, combined with experience at a high-growth startup
- Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
- Strong business judgment and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management in a clear and concise manner
- Able to deal with ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and a proactive mindset

Salary : $100,000 - $180,000
