Fluid Reality is seeking a hands-on Assembly Technician to support the fabrication and assembly of precision electromechanical and sheet-material-based devices. This role involves operating technical equipment, assembling small and delicate components, and supporting small-scale production and prototyping efforts in a fast-paced hardware development environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with precision assemblies, and capable of following technical instructions and documented procedures with consistency and accuracy.
- 1–3 years of hands-on assembly, manufacturing, technician, or related experience preferred
- Strong fine motor skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical assembly instructions and documented procedures accurately
- Experience using calipers or other precision measuring tools
- Basic computer literacy, including Excel and digital documentation
- Comfortable performing repetitive precision assembly work
- Ability to learn and operate technical equipment (training provided)
- Strong organizational and documentation habits
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
