- Maintain office organization through effective calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, correspondence, and presentations.
- Support office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, including supply ordering and maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is required.
