Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide clear information both to customers and the Unipipe operations team. The ideal candidate has excellent active listening skills and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor Correspondence: Ensure all employee and customer communications adhere to our customer experience standards.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor the Entry Team’s daily performance to ensure orders are entered, fulfilled, and sent to the warehouse promptly, while keeping customers fully informed.
- Weekly Reporting: Report to operations weekly to discuss improvements and recognize optimal performance.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist with phones and order entry when necessary, onboard new customers, and handle basic accounts payable/receivable matters when our Bookkeeper is away.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Working Location and Hours:
- Working location: 225 Spring Lake Drive, Itasca, IL
- Monday through Friday, no weekends!
- 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily
