This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: The Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision to include:
1) Working from overhaul manuals, aircraft changes/bulletins, local directives, blueprints, wiring and/or schematic diagrams, charts, engineering instructions and other applicable written and/or verbal instructions;
2) Disassembling, repairing, assembling, adjusting and performing limited operational tests on the designation ordnance and egress gear, ejection seats, ordnance components (i.e., pylons, bomb racks, adapters, etc.) and other components as necessary;
3) Performing inventory all ordnance and airborne life support equipment on all incoming aircraft.
