As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, helping customers select products that best meet their needs and providing information about our offerings. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive, informed, and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Educate customers on the various strains, products, and consumption methods
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space
- Keep up to date with new products and cannabis industry trends
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements for cannabis sales
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products and a willingness to learn
- Dependability and punctuality are a must
- Must be 21 years of age or older and have an industry worker badge
