Job Summary
This position can be the first point of contact with our retail and service customers either in-person or through the phone. This position works with customer payments, resolving payment discrepancies, and assisting the accounting office with designated tasks.
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Education and Experience
This position will be primarily in an office setting, with long periods of sitting. There may be stairs to climb, with minimal walking, bending, twisting and/or stopping. Kneeling/squatting will be irregular with minimal lifting to 25 lbs. There will be regular repetitive hand/finger movement, grasping/grabbing with hands, and some pushing/pulling as duties may involve.

- Greet walk-in customers and phone-in customers in a professional, polite and helpful manner.
- Receive customer payments for services, parts and equipment
- Research and solve payment discrepancies when needed.
- Reconciles credit card statements
- Assist accounting office
- Mail pick-up
- Running checks and reconciling of cash drawer.
- Data-entry
- Reconcile petty cash
- Reconcile cash collection schedule
- Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technological changes in products and services.
- Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
- Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance
- Determine management and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.
- Attending company meetings as required.
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.
- Establish personal performance goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
- Know and understand the federal, state, and local requirements which govern the company's business.
- Follow lawful directions from supervisors.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- 6 months to 2 years receptionist experience (equivalent customer service)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
