What You'll Do

• Consult with guests to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate services
• Perform professional haircutting, barbering, grooming, and styling services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your workspace
• Educate guests on products that support their hair and grooming goals
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing standards required by the State of Minnesota

What We're Looking For

• Active Minnesota Cosmetology License or Barber License
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Passion for the beauty, barbering, and grooming industry
• Desire to continue learning and developing technical skills
• Experience with clipper cuts, short hairstyles, and foundational long-hair cutting techniques
