- Providing haircutting and styling services for a diverse clientele
- Creating fades, tapers, beard trims, and other grooming services
- Recommending professional products that fit client needs
- Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat visits
- Supporting a team-oriented atmosphere centered on excellent service
- Active North Carolina Barber or Cosmetology License
- Experience with cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, team-focused attitude
- Availability for weekend and evening scheduling needs
