If you're tired of rushed, high-volume cuts and want the time to focus on quality and your craft, this is the place for you. We schedule 30 minutes per service, so you can deliver clean fades, precision cuts, and styles your clients will come back for.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality men's haircuts (fades, tapers, precision cuts, textured styles)
- Build relationships with clients and deliver a great experience every visit
- Work as part of a supportive, team-focused shop
What We're Looking For:
- Active Cosmetology or Barber License (South Carolina)
- Experience with men's haircuts, fades, and modern styles
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Availability for weekdays and weekends
What We Offer:
- Weekly pay
- Competitive 5-tier commission structure ranging from 42% to 50%, based on individual productivity
- Hourly base pay guarantee and additional commission on product sales
- Our Barbers and Stylists can take home between $60,000-$100,000 per year!
