Job Description & Requirements
License: Wisconsin
Willing to License: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 7 AM - 5 PM shifts M-F with some night and weekend call
Setting: Outpatient and inpatient
Requirements: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS certifications
Pager/Call Pay Rate: flat
Additional Details: Facility has 10 beds in the department. Covers OB/GYN, GI, scopes, ortho cases, eye, ENT, dental, etc. General anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia surgery. CRNA supervision, central line placement, arterial line placement, PA catheter placement. Pain management techniques, post-op epidural/extremity blocks, x-ray-guided blocks
Patient Mix: Adult and pediatric patients
EMR: Cerner
