Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Design
- Design pumps and components using CAD/CAM software and finite element analysis
- Create 3D models and technical drawings using AutoCAD / AutoDesk Inventor
- Support manufacturing and repair operations
Field Operations
- Lead field service crews for installation, repair, and commissioning
- Conduct onsite troubleshooting and technical support
- Travel to customer sites for project execution
Cross-Functional Work
- Support sales team with technical specifications
- Work with application engineers on customer solutions
- Coordinate with manufacturing and service teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years with centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment
- AutoCAD / Inventor proficiency (required)
- Background with centrifugal pumps or compressors
- Experience with diesel engines and gas turbines preferred
- Comfortable in manufacturing environments and field work
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000 - $145,000
- 10% annual bonus
