General Superintendent

We're partnered with a $500M, 50 year old General Contractor in Chicago as they look to bring on a General Superintendent to help lead and scale their field operations.
This is a senior leadership role, overseeing multiple Superintendents across a diverse portfolio of projects while playing a key part in how the business continues to grow and deliver at a high level.
You’ll be working directly with executive leadership, helping drive consistency, performance, and standards across all jobsites.
Project Portfolio Includes:
- Multifamily and mixed use developments
- Healthcare and medical facilities
- K 12 and higher education
- Light industrial and distribution centers
- Commercial office and corporate interiors
- Retail and hospitality
- Mission critical and data center projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of Superintendents across multiple active projects
- Drive field operations, scheduling, and site execution standards
- Partner with Project Management and leadership to ensure project success
- Implement best practices across safety, quality, and productivity
- Play a key role in hiring, developing, and retaining top field talent
Compensation & Benefits:
- $175K–$225K base salary
- $1,000/month vehicle allowance or company truck
