Responsibilities
- Lead projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction and final closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers and project stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, forecasting and risk
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Partner closely with field leadership to maintain safety, quality and schedule expectations
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, change management and financial reporting
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standard
Experience Required
- Eight or more years of commercial construction experience with a reputable General Contractor
- Previous experience leading large or technically complex projects
- Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling and risk management
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships
- Experience across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, mission-critical or institutional construction is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary between $160,000 and $195,000, depending on experience
- Annual performance bonus, typically targeting 15–20%
