The Role:
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the life of the project
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain aggressive, complex project schedules
- Coordinate closely with estimators, self-perform trades, and field staff
- Own the budget, contracts, and change order process for your projects
- Support constructability reviews and technical problem-solving on complex projects
- Build long-term client relationships that extend beyond project completion
