What you’ll do
- Advise clients on a wide range of healthcare law issues, including compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and policies related to healthcare operations.
- Represent clients in negotiations and disputes involving healthcare regulations, including litigation when necessary.
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with other attorneys on matters involving estate planning, family law, immigration law, and more as they intersect with healthcare issues.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations to provide proactive guidance to clients.
- Assist in the development of training programs for healthcare staff on legal compliance and best practices.
Basic qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
