What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector position at Flowly Solutions?
Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for multiple quality control inspector positions to join our production team. These roles are full time with weekly opportunities for overtime.
We are open to training the right candidate to perform all job responsibilities but it is much preferred that you have prior experience in a manufacturing setting. You must be extremely detail oriented to be successful in this role. The majority of the work day will be spent inspecting completed products to locate any potential defects.
Job Duties:
- Completing the final inspection of manufactured products to locate any potential production errors
- Using a variety of inspection tools such as a microscope, caliper and other measuring tools
- Submitting a report for finished projects and any defect found
- Correcting production mistakes when possible
- Reading and understanding detailed written instructions
- Submitting data and using computer programs
- Inspecting returned defective items and processing orders
- Assembling and packing finished products
Position Qualifications:
- A strong ability to remain detail oriented for extended periods of time
- Strong reading ability and experience following blueprints or schematics
- Computer literacy and the ability to type
- Experience using inspection and measuring tools
- Reliable transportation to work
- A formal education is not required
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, no weekends
- Full time, 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Potential required overtime
