What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Maintenance Technician position at Flowly Solutions?
We are hiring for an experienced maintenance technician to join our team. This is a full time position and is a crucial role to ensure our manufacturing machinery remains functional and operational. The preferred candidate will have direct experience maintaining a production facility and an understanding of both mechanical and electrical repairs. We are able to train on our specific machines.
Job Duties Include:
- Completing routine, scheduled and other general maintenance on production machinery and the facility
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical breakdowns
- Disassembling machines to complete maintenance on wear items like bearings, belts, fluids and other motor components
- Installing upgrades to our current machines
- Remaining safety-oriented and following all LOTO procedures
- Working directly with vendors to order parts, tools and services
- Reading and understanding detailed blueprints and schematics to perform repairs
- Working with compressors and chillers
Preferred Qualifications:
- A strong understanding and work experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience working with electrical systems
- The ability to lift 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to work
- Strong experience using shop equipment and hand tools
Work Schedule and Pay:
- Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Consistent opportunities for optional overtime
- Pay Rate ranges from $37.00 - $42.00 per hour depending on experience
