Bringing Home the Dough

The Dough Table Operator's job duties consist of assisting Dough Mixer in pushing dough-filled trough to dough sheeter area and emptying scrap dough barrels in dough mixer, loading dough into dough sheeter hopper, overseeing table operations, assists in overseeing the honey bun fryer and quality of product, logs weighs and assists in setting up equipment at beginning of shift. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality, and\or quality.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Loading dough into dough sheeter hopper- Operating dough sheeter table- Overseeing Honey Bun Fryer

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications

- Range of motion requires reaching forward 12 to 24 inches and reaching above shoulder level. - Ability to push/pull required. - Required lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 50 pounds.

Salary Range- 21.64 - 25.71
