Job Description:

Are you passionate about flowers and providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a talented bilingual individual to join our team as a Floral Sales Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping customers find the perfect floral arrangements for any occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their floral needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on flower selection, arrangement options, and care instructions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Assist with receiving and organizing flower shipments when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Passion for flowers and a willingness to learn about different flower varieties and arrangements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
