Responsibilities
- Dismantle vehicles using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment, following safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Remove and catalog automotive parts and accessories, ensuring accurate identification for resale or recycling
- Use mechanical knowledge to disassemble complex systems such as electrical, mechanical, and body components
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency during dismantling processes
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including tire changes and basic repairs
Requirements
- Experience operating standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive systems
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle disassembly or repair
- Ability to perform automotive tire changes and basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
- Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, electrical systems
- Physical ability to lift heavy components safely during dismantling procedures
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with team members or clients regarding parts availability
