Overview
We are hiring Cultivation / Harvest Associates to support plant care and harvest operations at our Lolo facility. This is hands-on, physical work in a regulated production environment and is critical to maintaining consistent output and plant health.
This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to follow defined procedures in a structured agricultural setting.
Responsibilities
- Support daily cultivation and harvest activities as assigned
- Assist with plant care, harvesting, trimming, and material handling
- Follow cultivation and harvest SOPs exactly
- Maintain consistent pace and productivity during harvest cycles
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant
- Communicate issues or abnormalities to supervisors promptly
- Support seasonal or workload-based shifts in activity
Work Environment
- Agricultural production environment
- Physically active, on-your-feet work
- Workload varies by growth and harvest cycles
- Structured procedures and clear task assignments
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to work on your feet, lift, bend, and carry materials as needed

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions exactly
- Comfortable working in repetitive and task-focused roles
- Must meet all state and company eligibility requirements to work in cannabis
Preferred (Not Required)
- Cultivation, harvest, agricultural, or greenhouse experience
- Cannabis industry experience
- Experience working in physically demanding roles
