What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at FLOWER BASKET?
A family-owned and operated florist in Ellicott City, MD is looking to hire an energetic, part-time customer service associate. This position is responsible for answering phones and serving our in-person customers to place orders and answer questions. A friendly and out-going demeanor is required. Knowledge of the floral business and flowers in general is a plus but not required. Must be willing to learn about flowers, the flower business, and our computer system. This position also includes other in-store duties, including: keeping the store and flower room tidy, assisting the floral designers as needed, and other miscellaneous assignments that keep the store running smoothly.
This position will require standing for a good portion of the shift. The hours are within 9 am to 5 pm weekdays and some Saturdays. More hours may be available during the holiday season.
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
