Supreme Service Today is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate in Halethorpe, MD. We are a home service company that has helped our community since 2005. This is a full-time job paying $20 to $25 per hour, plus performance-based pay. You will also get benefits like:

YOUR DAY
Every day, you will answer calls from people who need help with their home services. You will listen to what they need, help them quickly, and make sure their questions are answered. You will set up appointments, organize sales calls, and send our technicians to customers' homes. You will talk with both customers and our team to make sure every job is done well and on time.
YOUR HOURS
Your role as a Customer Service Associate will require you to work 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility for weekends and nights may also be needed.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan Software Platform strongly preferred
- Capable and comfortable using technology
- Strong communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor
- Ability to assist customers with scheduling and answering service questions
- Ability to work with technicians to ensure satisfaction and job accuracy
- Motivation to work independently and multitask
- High attention to details
- Bilingual abilities (a plus)
