Summary 

The Technical Sales Representative will provide technical expertise and support to external clients on all aspects of gas lift, cap tubing, downhole gauge and ESP technology. This role requires a strong understanding of gas lift design principles, nodal analysis, and valve performance, along with general applications for the other product lines that FPS manufactures, services, and provides. The representative will conduct daily sales meetings with existing and potential clients, training support for O&G operators,  and collaborate with field personnel and clients to optimize gas lift operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Technical Sales Support to existing OKC based O&G Operators 

  • Provide daily technical support and engineering for FPS existing O&G operators based in Oklahoma 

  • Meet with the PE from existing O&G operators to provide design, and production support for Flowco 

  • Answer questions and provide reviews of existing gas lift application for Oklahoma based O&G operators 

  • Attend client meetings to discuss technical challenges and recommend solutions. 

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for addressing on-site and operational queries with assistance from assigned FPS SME’s 

  1. Technical Sales development to potential Oklahoma based O&G Operators 

  • Work with Sales department to identify O&G operators based in Oklahoma that currently utilize existing FPS product lines. 

  • Schedule meetings and set up technical presentations to new clients on the products and services that FPS currently offers 

  • Make cold calls and network with potential clients to earn trust and respect in order to sale the FPS products and services to the new client 

  1. Nodal Analysis and Gas Lift Design: 

  • Perform detailed nodal analysis for well optimization. 

  • Review and refine gas lift design proposals to meet client and operational needs. 

  1. Training and Technical Support: 

  • Provide technical support along with FPS assigned SME’s to help ensure the O&G operators feel comfortable and understand the product lines that FPS offers to the client 

  • Schedule and provide training support to existing and new O&G operators to help build trust and ensure the client understands the operations of the products that FPS currently offers to the O&G operator 

  1. Industry Standards Compliance: 

  • Contribute to the development of industry standards for gas lift systems. 

  • Stay informed on the latest advancements and best practices in artificial lift technologies. 

  • Attend local O&G related events and meetings to stay Intune with O&G industry 

Qualifications:

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree required. 

  • 3-4 years of proven sales experience. 

  • 1-2 years of experience within the oil and gas industry. 

  • Professional references required.
