What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Host position at Flow Pilates?
We’re looking for a warm, polished, and detail-oriented Studio Experience Coordinator to be the first and last face our clients meet. You’ll set the tone for a calm, luxury experience at Ocala’s premier Pilates studio supporting reformer, mat, group, and private sessions.

What you’ll do
- Greet clients and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and class/private session scheduling
- Answer phones and messages, book sessions, and handle inquiries with care
- Process payments and memberships accurately
- Keep the front desk, lobby, and studio entry calm, clean, and beautiful
- Support instructors and studio flow so classes start smoothly
- Help with light retail, promotions, or client follow-up as needed
- Maintain client records and communicate clearly with the team
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication skills — calm, clear, and welcoming in person and on the phone
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort with scheduling software (Mindbody, Mariana Tek, or similar is a plus — we’ll train)
- Professional appearance and presence that matches a luxury studio
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work studio hours (including some evenings/weekends as needed)
- Genuine interest in wellness and creating a positive client experience
Why join us
- Work in a beautiful, intentional studio environment
- Free or heavily discounted Pilates classes
- Be part of building the best luxury Pilates studio in Ocala
