About Flow
Flow Mineral Spring Water is entering an exciting new phase of US expansion, and we are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial National Account Manager who wants to build Foodservice & Hospitality into a meaningful new growth channel from the ground up.
Flow began with a simple belief: water should do good for people and for the planet. What started with an artesian spring in Canada has evolved into one of North America’s leading premium mineral spring water brands. Flow is all natural, naturally alkaline and rich in minerals and electrolytes, which is what gives it its clean, exceptional taste, and it comes without the traditional plastic bottle.
As a Certified B Corporation, Flow meets rigorous social and environmental performance standards, reflecting our deep commitment to sustainability, transparency, and responsible growth. Our packaging is made from 68-75% renewable materials and designed to minimize environmental impact, reinforcing our mission to redefine hydration in a more sustainable way.
At Flow, water is more than a product, it is purpose driven. We believe the water we drink matters to our bodies, our communities, and the planet. From carefully protected artesian springs producing smooth, naturally alkaline water to innovative, environmentally conscious packaging, every decision we make is guided by respect for both people and nature.
Now, as we build out Foodservice & Hospitality as a new growth channel across the U.S., we are looking for a hungry, entrepreneurial sales professional ready to create the customer pipeline, distributor and broker relationships, and commercial playbook that turns this into a lasting part of Flow’s business.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a builder and hunter role. You will inherit a handful of existing relationships and opportunities, but the mandate is much bigger: create the customer pipeline, distributor and broker relationships, and commercial playbook required to make Foodservice & Hospitality a meaningful U.S. growth channel for Flow. The core focus is foodservice and hospitality, with the opportunity to pursue adjacent channels such as fitness and wellness, workplace, travel, education, entertainment and other strategic accounts where Flow fits naturally.
This role is ideal for someone with 4-7 years of CPG, beverage, foodservice or hospitality sales experience ready to build a channel from scratch and make it their own.
What You’ll Own
Foodservice & Hospitality Account Ownership
- Own U.S. Foodservice & Hospitality revenue, pipeline, forecasting and new business development.
- Personally prospect, develop, negotiate and close major national and regional accounts.
- Build and execute a prioritized target-account strategy across hotels, resorts, foodservice operators and other high-potential customers.
Channel & Relationship Building
- Grow and rebuild strategic hospitality and foodservice relationships, turning initial wins into broader regional or national expansion.
- Develop relationships with national and regional distributors and create the route-to-market infrastructure required to scale the channel.
- Identify, evaluate and manage foodservice brokers and rep groups where they can accelerate growth.
Adjacent Channel Expansion
- Pursue adjacent strategic channels including fitness and wellness, workplace, travel, education and entertainment where the opportunity is compelling.
Planning & Cross-Functional Execution
- Build account plans for the highest-value opportunities, including revenue potential, economics, distribution path, decision process and next actions.
- Partner with Marketing to develop channel-specific selling materials, sampling and activation programs.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations and Marketing to ensure opportunities can be priced, fulfilled and launched successfully.
Forecasting & Business Planning
- Own pipeline, activity, next steps and account-level revenue forecasting in HubSpot.
- Build forecasts for target and active accounts based on deal stage, seasonality and customer activity.
- Monitor performance against forecast and proactively flag risks or upside opportunities.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to support demand planning and inventory readiness as new accounts launch.
Growth Builder Mindset
- Travel approximately 30% across the U.S. for customer meetings, distributor engagement, trade shows and market visits, this is a home-based, remote role.
- Build a repeatable commercial model and operating cadence that can scale as the U.S. Foodservice & Hospitality business grows.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 4-7 years of relevant CPG, beverage, foodservice, hospitality, distribution or national account sales experience.
- A true hunter who has personally created opportunities rather than only managed an inherited book of business.
- Working knowledge of foodservice and hospitality sales, including how customers, distributors, brokers and operators work together.
- Some existing relationships across customers, distributors, brokers or hospitality groups are valuable, but we care more about your ability to create new ones.
- Strong commercial instincts, persistence and comfort with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Comfortable building a channel without a large existing support organization or mature playbook.
- Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.
- Someone who wants to build, not just maintain.
What Success Looks Like
- Flow has a clear U.S. Foodservice & Hospitality target-account universe, channel strategy and route-to-market plan.
- A meaningful qualified pipeline is consistently being created and advanced.
- Flow wins multiple material new customers and expands initial wins into larger regional or national relationships.
- The company establishes stronger distributor and broker infrastructure to support scalable growth.
- Foodservice & Hospitality becomes a meaningful contributor to Flow’s U.S. business with a repeatable path from prospecting to launch to expansion.
Why This Role Is Different
- Real ownership of a brand-new growth channel, without corporate bureaucracy.
- Ground-floor opportunity to build the target-account strategy, playbook and infrastructure for U.S. Foodservice & Hospitality from scratch.
- High visibility, reporting directly to the SVP of Sales.
- Career acceleration for someone ready to turn a blank page into a meaningful, scalable piece of the business.
